The Denali Expedition Team spent 3 days at 14,000 feet. From Joe Valentine: "It was sunny and warm and really nice to be here as we are all acclimatizing. We went up to 16,200 feet on Wednesday. We waited out a snowstorm, were told winds would be up to 25 mph and the temp would get down to -5. Moved up to 17,000 feet on Thursday but don't want to stay too long as the conditions are pretty terrible with wind and the ability to get frostbite. We will be trying to summit Friday morning which could take 8-12 hours depending on how strong we feel."

We are so grateful that the Denali Expedition Team is safe and healthy! Help us to celebrate their phenomenal accomplishment so far by donating to support more children in 2021.
